Badger Bay at Georgetown - 2007 Project Overview: The project includes construction of approximately 5,400 lineal feet of roadway for Piney Point Road, 1,720 lineal feet of roadway for Renegade Road, 3,100 lineal feet of roadway for Badger Bay Trail, 412 lineal feet of roadway for Trout Run, 494 lineal feet of roadway for Access to Lot 51, 894 lineal feet of roadway for Drive ‘B’, 702 lineal feet of roadway for Drive ‘C’, 448 lineal feet of roadway for Drive ‘D’, and driveways for Lots 3, 4, 6, 12, 13, 37, 38, and 40. Also included is storm drainage with 12", 18", and 24" ADS pipe. Utility crossings for electric and telephone are being installed. Additionally 6" PVC schedule 40 pipe sleeves was installed for Lots 2, 8, 9, 10, 14, 15, and 17. These pipes were installed for the sewer system on one side of driveway and building envelope on opposite side of driveway.
