Town of Plains Wastewater Treatment Plant 2004 Project Overview: Constructed three aerated lagoons and one polising pond. Project included pumping out the existing sludge from the sewer lagoons and land applying the sludge to neighboring agricultural land. New headworks was constructed with slide gates and new telescoping valves were designed for process control of the wastewater plant. The effluent discharge was contracted with a new outfall structure on the banks of the Clark Fork River.
